Terms of service for the KinVitals early access phase

Welcome to KinVitals (kinvitals.app, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an introduction to the KinVitals product and an entry point for early-access applications. The health-entry screens, family dashboard, reminders, reports and all numbers shown are product mockups with sample data and do not represent live functionality. Apple Health, Health Connect, Bluetooth devices, on-screen OCR, FHIR interfaces and doctor collaboration are planned directions and are not yet available.

2. Not a medical service

KinVitals is positioned as a family health recording and trend-management tool:

  • It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice or prescriptions;
  • It is not a medical device and has not been reviewed by any medical regulatory authority;
  • It is not intended for emergencies — if a health emergency occurs, call your local emergency number immediately;
  • Consult a qualified medical professional for any health decision. Nothing on the Site should be read as medical advice.

3. Early access applications

  • Submitting the application form sends an email to hello@kinvitals.app through your own mail app; the Site does not store the form contents;
  • Do not include medical records or other sensitive health information in your application;
  • Submitting an application does not constitute any promise of service; early-access availability, timing and form are determined separately by the KinVitals team;
  • You may email us at any time to request deletion of your application information.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and brand marks on the Site belong to KinVitals. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties as to the completeness, accuracy or availability of the Site, and accept no liability for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
